Kim Frank, Complexity Manager

Kim Frank's professional background is in the financial and travel industries. An accomplished "multi-tasker" with diverse experience in client relationship management, sales, marketing and business operations, she lives in southeastern Wisconsin and routinely starts her work days before dawn, commuting with several office mates. Joining Coyle Asset Management in 2000, following 10 years in the travel sector, she works as a Complexity Manager, providing detailed project support to clients and management.

A multifaceted manager with wide-ranging experience, Kim coordinates client meeting preparations, facilitates the meetings, and conducts client follow-ups. Her daily range of duties includes relationship building, sales calling, statement reviews, banking, and office staff mentoring and teaching. Both for Coyle and Protinus, she serves as principal supervisor and organizer of management conferences, workshops, webinars, speaking engagements and daily work scheduling. Proficient in researching and building client master Mind Maps that enhance client-advisor relationships, she creates procedures for implementing Mind Maps, and serves as a Mind Maps workshop coordinator and trainer.
